Estimator & Managing Director.
Rick has over 17 years experience in the building and construction industry, including extensive scheduling and estimating experience in residential and commercial construction.
He started his career in 2004 with one of Australia's leading Home Builders. As a team member he was given the opportunity to develop his management skills particularly in areas of estimating and scheduling.
In 2012, Rick started Blulevel Estimating which was an estimating company providing brick counts for Builders which rapidly grew into providing bill of quantities for Builders.
Since 2017, Rick focuses on providing a complete building estimation for Builders across Australia. The experience and knowledge gained since starting Blulevel Estimating has been rewarding, from receiving phone calls and emails advising successful tender from our estimation, through to estimating more than $4.1 billion in construction costs over the last 4 years.
